Caguu provides an AI-powered chat platform featuring 8 unique AI characters, each with distinct personalities and professional domains. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Personalized chat interactions with AI characters
• Voice message functionality
• Image sharing capabilities
• Customized AI companion recommendations based on user preferences
• Access to a visually enhanced chat environment

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Services.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract (or have your parent/guardian do so on your behalf)
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to provide the Services to any person or entity and change our eligibility criteria at any time.

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password and keep it confidential
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

When using the Services, including interactions with AI characters, voice messaging, and image sharing features, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Transmit or share content that is offensive, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable
• Share personal information of third parties without their consent
• Upload or share files that contain viruses, malware, or other harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, user accounts, or computer systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers and networks connected to the Services
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Services
• Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer the Services or any part thereof
• Violate intellectual property rights of Caguu or third parties
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

We may, in our sole discretion, remove any content that violates these Terms and take appropriate action against users who violate these rules, including account suspension or termination.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to the AI characters (Luna, Zoe, and others), software, code, design, text, graphics, and other content (collectively, "Caguu Content"), are owned by or licensed to Caguu. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Caguu Content
• Sell, rent, lease, license, or otherwise commercialize the Services or Caguu Content
• Use the Services or Caguu Content for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Caguu
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Services

By submitting or sharing content through the Services (including chat messages, voice recordings, and images), you grant Caguu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Caguu does not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any information obtained through the Services is accurate, reliable, or complete
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Services will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

The AI characters are designed for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not intended to provide professional advice (including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice). You should consult a qualified professional for any such advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAGUU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF CAGUU HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services
• Any content obtained from or through the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services
• Any other matter relating to the Services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF $100.

You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by following the instructions within the application settings.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
• You must cease all use of the Services
• Your account and related data may be deactivated or deleted

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
